is the n800 having windows mobile?

Windows mobile?? hehe, no, it's Linux based!
Depends on what part of Nokia you work for. In my area, it's rare to get to play with phone prototypes. Of course, we don't do so much with phones where I work.
yes, sorry I took it for granted. the groups in Nokia are so varied, not everyone is working with phone protos... :P

Oh wow.. I seem to have missed the part before about you being a Nokia emplyee! :)

haha, well i never quite "announced" it, I guess.

also that's why I don't do real "reviews".. i'll be too biased :) I just blog about daily experiences using the device(s) and let the pictures I take etc. speak for themselves.
[this is good]
Congrats on getting the Nokia800. Looks good. Please tell us how it is and how you think it will stack up against the iPhone. Can you shoot, as well as watch, video with it?

Thanks Zotta! However comparing iphone to the N800 is like "apples" to oranges (pun intended)... The N800 is an Internet Tablet, there's no phone feature, although you can use Skype. It has an integrated webcam for video conferencing, but not for any decent video capture. Video playback is supported, and with a big widescreen display, it's designed more for media consumption than media creation...
